Faster Than Cookies

Querencia | Apr 14, 201505:07 PM

I thought everyone on earth knew this trick but today encountered a neighbor who did not so will post it just in case. To save time when making chocolate chip cookies, don't put the chocolate chips in the cookie dough. Grease a pan, spread the cookie dough in it, and put the chocolate chips on top. Put the pan in the heated oven for 3-5 minutes just to soften the chocolate then take a knife and swirl the chocolate through the dough to marbleize it. Complete baking. Cut into squares. Thus, Chocolate Chip Brownies.
