Thanks to Ubergeek, tried this warm little dive on Thursday night. Plenty of food, plenty of mood although the parking is sheer hell and only possible if you make a three point landing coming from either direction AND there is an empty spot in one of the three spaces.

Nice little room, comfy chairs, warm welcome, good service but do I like Ethiopian food that much to enjoy not even luke warm meat, vegetables or murky grey ingera? I really do like the food to have some relationship to the stove heat wise. Madame Zoe who has a huge Scandanavian appetite loved the variety but also wondered why the food seemed to come from the cold table. Not my recollection when we ate at Nyala many moons ago and now I see from the board that Messob is up for rec.

For $22 plus tea and tip, three people ate well. Good crowd, nice vibe. On to Messob next time.
