What do I do with farro, white truffle oil, and fancy vinegars?

I went to a specialty store today and bought some things that sound great but I have no idea what to do with them: Tarragon Champagne Vinegar, D'Anjou Pear Vinegar, White Truffle Oil, and a pound of Farro. Any ideas for any of these items would be greatly appreciated.
