Found farro at Latino grocers on St. Viateur. Staff were very confused when we asked for farro, didn't know they carried it and had not the slightest idea of what it was/is! We found it ourselves amongst their pasta. I presented it to them when we found it! This drew quite a crowd, the "chefs" in the front of the store, general staff and such, all intrigued! "We" made a wonderful salad with farro, roasted beets, walnuts, parsley, feta, and assorted other things, incredible. First time all of us had ever tasted farro.
I mostly sat by the fireplace while my daughter, son & girlfriend cooked.
