Farmers' Markets this week

BostonZest | May 18, 2010 02:25 PM

This is opening week for area farmers markets. Today I made it to Copley and was pleased at how many customers where there.

Photos here:

We bought Strawberries, lettuce, radishes, cucumbers from Atlas with our CSA share. That plus some GREAT cheese from the new vendor Narragansett Creamery. Ed and I tasted a few of their products and bought a lovely, fresh, fresh, fresh Queso Fresco.

Some bread from Iggy's and we came home happy.

Tomorrow a new market at Cambridge Center in Kendall Square near the MBTA opens. This one will be managed by the same team that does the Prudential Market.

Thursday is opening day for the Prudential Center Market opens and Friday Copley will be open again.

What's open in your neighborhood?
