farmed salmon at Myth

tell me... is it absurd that, at the height of salmon season, a Gary Danko-trained chef can deign it acceptable to put farmed salmon on his menu? I've been feasting on wild salmon right and left at less pedigreed restaurants throughout the city... there is really no excuse.

At least, when the source of the salmon was questioned, our waiter was honest. Looked slightly ashamed, but honest.
