I've recommended this place (farfalleitalianmarket.com) in a few posts but I think it deserves it's own post! It's imo a real chowhound find! This is such a great addition to the longstanding tradition of great lunch/takeout places in Concord, MA. This one complements the list of places like La Provence, the Cheese Shop, Sally Ann's, etc. They specialize in refined yet simple Italian cooking with occasional excursion into French territory (brioche, etc.) They have made the decision to choose their ingredients very meticulously and it makes all the difference. Great crusty cibatta's from Iggy's for their paninis for example. You pay a little more as a result but I think it is well worth it. The menu changes daily with a mix of paninis, salads and pasta all prepared to order. They also pull the only good espressos in Concord. It's a pleasure to see people work so hard to get it right. It seems to be run by a couple and one of their friends. They don't seem to have anyone else working for them.
I'm eager to hear other hound's experiences with the place.
