Has Farberware change their manufacturing or gone down in quality in the past few years? What prompts me to ask is I have a pair of stainless skillets I got about 7 years ago I use day in, day out and they still look brand new. I more recently got 3 new pots in their "classic line" based on my positive experience with the skillets. Those 3 pots ALL have one or two tiny "dark spots" on the inside that have appeared after just a couple months of use. Barkeepers friend doesn't take them off, and they remind me of the little pits silver-plate gets when it comes in contact with salt. I'm vegan, so all I've made in them is plant-based, not cooking at high heats (except boiling potatoes or apples) haven't burnt anything to them. If it was one, I'd assume I got a bad pot, but it's all 3.I don't think I even want to bother to have them replaced. Just curious if they're quality standards have really dropped that much in a couple years or if I just lucked out with the original skillets?
