Two fantastic Richmond Hill Chinese restaurants

Both of these places blow away anything downtown - and prove to me that there are a number of great undiscovered places in the Toronto suburbs - do people know of others?

Ambassador- Highway 7 & West Beaver Creek - From the outside, this looks like it might be one of those big cantonese places with indifferent service and pedestrian food - but in fact everything here was very carefully prepared and the service was excellent. I especially enjoyed the pepper beef.

Maple Pepper- Hwy 7 & East Beaver Creek - A smaller, family run place. They have a a delicious swan (yes swan) hotpot on the Chinese menu, a very good clay pot chicken, and, on the English menu, the best sweet and sour pork I've ever eaten.
