We were out in Summerlin for a convention and close to our hotel was the gem of a restaurant!
Came here for a late dinner on a Sunday night and truly didn't expect much.
We were warmly greeted by the hostess who took us to our table. We were then greeted by the manager who not only wished us a Happy Anniversary, but thanks us for coming. Amazing so far...
And then we met our waiter Ari- who was incredible and made our special night even more special. Since it was late, we ordered several small plates, of which the bacon and cauliflower were standouts. We split a burger for dinner, (which was excellent)..and were quite full.
Ari wouldn't quite take that for a no and instead brought us a celebratory ice cream sundae,(which in itself was phenominal). He made our quiet little anniversary dinner so special.
All in all, Echo and Rig was a wonderful surprise, and quite wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! (and make sure you ask for Ari)!!
