Q-Fanatic opening in South Mpls/Richfield

I just noticed that Q-Fanatic is opening a new location on the border between South Mpls and Richfield, near the Cub at 35W and the Crosstown. The building once housed a Peruvian restaurant but has been empty for years. I can't find anything except an old Mpls/StP Business Journal article from last August announcing the new space. No word on the grand opening.
