Family Friendly Italian on Miami Beach

I'm a Boston area foodie who will be travelling to Miami Beach with my family next month. I'm looking for a family friendly Italian dinner spot. The trick is that the family includes a 2 and 4 year old, so I need a restaurant that won't be offended by a little spaghetti on the floor. I'm staying at the Courtyard on Collins (near 40th). Is it crazy to bring kids that young to Scarpetta at the Fontainebleau? It looks like a beautiful menu and it's practically next door. My other choices (based on menus and other CH threads) are Grazie, Davito or Casale, but all require a drive from where we're staying. Are there any other options that are walking distance? Are there any nicer Italian spots that are specifically family friendly and would be worth a drive? I've seen the traffic on the causways on a Saturday night, so I'd prefer to stay in Miami Beach.
