I have to say I have no affiliation with the following estabishment. I'm excerpting and slightly modifying this from a post of our trip from the Good Eats Fan Page forum (we're all foodies!). For pictures and more details see:
After a trip to Fallingwater we stumbled upon Caileighs in Uniontown, which is located in a historic 19th century house
We had lobster bisques and a seafood chowder. All the soups were excellent. For entrees we had Kobe beef, filet of grouper topped with crab meat, free range breast of duck, slow roasted and served with gingered wild rice and apricot reduction, lamb chops with milanase crust and Pinot Noir reduction.
We were groaningly and happily full so could only manage 1 creme brulee with four spoons for dessert.
Chef Joseph has spent a lot of time educating the local community to appreciate fine food
