Falk Copper Lid Polishing Issue

lisinka1 | Jul 15, 202112:59 PM     10

I have several Falk 2.5mm pieces and I have never encountered this issue with any piece other than this one. I cannot get one of the lids to go from the orange patina/oxidation back to its original hue. I've tried Wright's, Bar Keepers, ketchup, and lemon juice. I get little dots of normal copper color but I cannot get a solid color. Any idea what I need to do? The lid has been used as intended and not abused in any way. It's only been hand washed.
