Falk Copper Cookware compared to Mauviel M250c?

CHSeifert | Aug 20, 201802:48 PM     24

So I just bought my two first Falk copper items - a 20cm Mousselin sauce pan with stainless handle and a 18 cm saucier/conical sauce pan also with the stainless handle.

If any of you have experience with Falk and Mauviel Copper cookware, how would you rate the overall quality compared to Mauviel M250c copper cookware ?`

To me Falk looks stellar, but I have yet to really test it.

What do I have to look forward to ?

The reason I bought the stainless steel handle on the Falk is because I think it looks great.
I also like the Electroplated stainless steel handle on the Mauviel M250c series of course.

Cheers, Claus
