Falafel in the Financial District

There used to be guy who set up a falafel cart at Liberty and Broadway who made a really tasty product - lightly crispy outside and very moist and flavorful inside, with plenty of parsley. A pita full of these was delicious, filling and only $2. His cart always had a huge line, but he was unfailingly efficient and friendly. I used to go there once or twice a week.

Needless to say, since the WTC was destroyed, there have been no more food carts in Liberty Park. Anybody know if he set up shop somewhere else downtown? I know it?s pretty long after the fact, but I've been wondering.
