Failed Ricotta

I recently started making Greek yogurt, and used 1 gallon + 4 cups of leftover whey, + 1 gallon UHT 1% milk, + 1 cup white vinegar, and the juice of one lemon, attempting to make Ricotta. Epic fail. I already know what went wrong, I just need to know what I could do with this stock pot full of milk/whey/vinegar/lemon juice. It's been heated to boiling.
