I made a complete mess of a deep-dish quiche on Sunday. The crust split apart, and part of it slipped down into the pan as the quiche was baking. My husband went to the store and bought two quiches to take to the party, and I put the half-baked quiche in the fridge. Can I do anything to salvage this mess, or should I throw it out?
