Fabio Appears in today's New York Times

Today's NYT has a special "Living Fall 2004" magazine section which has an article on our own Fabio Trabocchi's mastry of potato gnocchi, (which rhymes, interestingly enough.) In part it's a plug for his upcoming cookbook, which shows how a good publisher works.

FWIW, the same section has an article comparing Wegmans with Whole Foods.
