Extroadinary Hilton Head review!

I'm a New England chowhound just back from a 5 day visit to Hilton Head. My last night there I had one of the best meals I've had since leaving Boston. It's a fairly new restaurant on the edge of Bluffton called Pearlz. Three of us went - great wines (bottles as well a by the glass), wonderful appetizers - one really stood out - baby spinach salad with a San Daniele proscuitto vinaigrette, dotted with chevre and in the middle a soft-boiled egg draped with a thin slice of smoked salmon and a ribbon of hollandaise. Sounds over the top I know but not at all - how marvelous! Entrees were the best Chilean sea bass - pan seared, served in a bowl with a slightly sweet miso broth, shiitake mushrooms, poached lobster and a lobster quenelle dumpling in the thinnest dough.... also terrific were lamb chops - meltingly tender with the best sauce I've had - and a potato /root vegetable cake topped with a bit of avodado puree. I can't recommend this restaurant enough.
