Mrs. Tuba Dave and I attended the recent Minneapolis Food and Wine exposition. One of the booths was showcasing rather extravagant products by Miele (a steam oven, a refridgerator with a built in computer screen that could play a DVD). They also had a coffee machine that was built in to the cabinets. You put in a pound of coffee and then could just press some buttons and then steam/froth milk and make expresso drinks. (Click on the link below for a view of this machine.)
The salesman correctly tagged us as not rich enough. Thankfully! My french-press pot ($25 thank-you very much) works just fine.
So here's my question, would this type of device be welcome in your kitchen even if money was not an object? Would you spend the money on some other device, perhaps an AGA or other high-end machine.
