Extra-Virgin fish sauce?

My wife just called me from the supermarket, as I asked her to pick up some fish sauce. It's not something we've ever actually purchased before, so she called from in front of the shelf to ask which one she should buy.

So she's reading the labels, and one brand has a variant called "Extra Virgin" which is "from the first pressing of fermented (or something) anchovies."

Is this some kind of marketing BS, or is it like olive oil and it actually makes a difference?
