Extra sticky rice--what can I do with it?

I mistakenly made a big pot of sticky Thai Jasmine rice, thinking it was long-grain, which made it awkward with last night's curry. Now that it's cold (and still plenty sticky), what can I do with it? Thanks to any who can help me.
