Experience with Woll cast aluminum cookware

am47 | Jul 7, 202001:28 PM     26

Given the recent conversations around finding good quality, made-in-Europe nonstick cookware that have arisen over the past month, I'm curious about people's experience using Woll cookware. I've read Franz's review a couple of times, but as with his review of Mazzetti, I worry that his impression was tainted by something relatively minor – in this case, a small dent and some dust. Otherwise, a thorough search the Cookware forum archives yielded nothing particularly informative. Considering they have cast aluminum construction with differentially thick bases and thinner sidewalls, I imagine Woll cookware would perform brilliantly on just about any cooktop. I know they are often compared with Scanpan, Berndes, etc. But I'd be most interested in knowing how people have found the pans themselves – their overall quality, durability, and handling, especially compared with the competition. The series that interest me most are the XR Logic, Titan Best and Titanium Nowo.
