I've been hearing more about the sous vide cookers (cooking food sealed in airtight plastic bags in a water bath for a long time), but I have to admit I'm sort of sceptical.
I'm wondering if any of you have a sous vide and what your experiences have been. Do you like it? Is it worth the money? Does it make a huge difference in flavors of the foods you've cooked?
