New, exciting or hole in the wall Chinese in SGV

So, I love Chinese food, but I'm a bit tired of going to the same old place over again. The food is great, but I do want to see what else is out there. I frequent the following authentic Chinese restaurants: Full House, Ocean Star, Empress Harbour, Capital Seafood, New Capital Seafood, Seafood Village, and most of the big ones mentioned on this board.

I've tried Chun Hing for Chiu Chow, Mei Long Village, J&J, Dragon Mark, Fantasy, Hop Li, but I'm looking for something new, exciting or hole in the wall...

I'm not into super spicy stuff, not that into Taiwanese food, but love Cantonese, northern, mandarin, Chui Chow cuisine, shanghai.

I was excited to find Wang Jia across from HK Supermarket, but the A/C sucks there. Anywhere else you would recommend from Arcadia to Monterey Park?

Any suggestions???
