Excellent Pork Buns on Noriega

gordon wing | Apr 3, 200207:24 PM

Followed Duke Dee's advice and went looking for the "Best Pork Buns in Northern California". The name of the place is the Cafe Bakery on 1345 -46 Noriega St. in SF (between 20th & 21st Aves) There is a restaurant and a separate bakery next door. The pork buns are as good as advertised....large, tender and filled with a generous portion of a very savory filling....the price has gone up to 90 cents each but I'd have to say that they are easily worth it. Yum.
