The excellence of Boston Market Soup

During my recebt flu I discovered that Boston Market makes a great chicken soup. IMO, it beats any canned or restaurant variety I have ever had.

First, it's not oversalted. The ingrediants are good enough that they don't need to be covered up.

There are plenty of carrots and celery. There are large pieces of chicken and it is identifiable.

I also love the broad chewy noodles.

Feeling a bit better today, I gave the Chicken Tortilla a try. Again very good. You get little side containers of shredded tortillas and cheese to add when you are ready to eat the soup.

So one good thing came out of having the flu.
