I got a small bottle of EVOO when visiting Shodoshima island in Japan, which is famous for its olive oil production. I came to know that the brand I bought won an award in world class olive oil competition. Now I want to use it in the best way to appreciate the quality of the EVOO. I can only imagine to use it as bread dipping and salad, so need some great ideas from everyone :)
