Everyday knife: 5" Santoku knife or 6" Chef's knife?

I'm planning on getting a Wusthof knife. All I currently have is a 7" cleaver.

I'm 5'3" and have smaller hands. My sisters have the 7" Santoku Shun knives, but I find the 7" too big for me to use everyday. I usually slice red meat or cut chicken into chunks, cut potatoes/squash, and lots of different fruits and small melons.

I was told Ikon series is the all around best out of the Wusthof series.

My hand isn't too small because I hate using 4" knives, unless I'm dealing with tiny fruits.

Also, what do you guys think of 6-in. Le Cordon Bleu Chef's Knife by Wusthof compare to the 6" Ikon Cook's knife?

Thanks in advance!
