What's your Everyday Essentials Pan

mobiledynamics | Dec 12, 201405:28 AM     12

I know the board doesn't agree -- but I picked up a 4 QT AC Essentials Pan yesterday.

Our 3 pans that are in rotation almost everyday is a 11" Proline, 6 qt saute and usually another 6 qt Saute or 8 Qt Roundeau cooking away--- love our AC TK Rondeau. Granted, 2 days out of the week, I might have a extra 3 bodies of family over as well.

Hemmed and hawed but the 4 qt essentials was a good fit. Decent floorspace, not so straight sides - easier flipping. I actually picked up a tri ply essentials as it was lighter than then D5, and ultmately will be the lightest pan in my daily ~everyday~ rotation.
