everybodies super quick-simple healthy diet recipes/combos

I am looking for simple recipes - 3 or four ingredients that make one or two servings- dinner or lunch - especially warmer weather meals

salmon burger
tuna salad on rice cakes with low cal tomato aspic
tortilla soup from the salad bar with chicken broth
shell pasta with low fat mayo, chopped salami, cherry tomatoes and peas

I used to have a lot of these type recipes when I was single- but I have been cooking for several years for a family and now find I want and need these recipes again
