After reading all the good reviews on here about Eve we are finally going to try it. I need some more Chow expertise though to choosing between the tasting room or the bistro. I generally don't eat alot of food; i like smaller plates and lots of times get a salad and an app for an entree. therefore i'm not sure if i could do justice to a full tasting menu. But i'm thinking maybe that's where the 'best of the best' is? Is the bistro just as nice in terms of decor & service but just different menu options?
This isn't an anniversary or anything but want it to be a nice experience. Price isn't really a factor except i would want to know that the tasting room was worth the extra $ AND that i would stand a good chance of eating that many courses. Looking forward to input from those who have tried both or either for that matter. thanks!
