Please evaluate my meals in Paris

Dear Chowhounders,

Since I'm still in planning mode (when would it ever end?) I've made a few reservations so far for my five night stay in Paris (Tuesday, 5/25 - leaving Sunday morning, 5/30.) I'm leaving a few days open just because I'm thinking about going to the museums for two days straight (the Museum Pass) and probably go relatively spontaneous on my lunches.

Anyway, here's what I've reserved/planned so far:
-Tuesday: Lunch at L’As du Falafel and have glaces at Berthillion (it's relatively close) and visit some bakeries and boulangeries nearby. Dinner at Le Famillie (I know it's trendy but is it still good)

- Wednesday: Steak lunch at Le Bis de Servo (my best friend and I love our red meat); not sure about dinner but might eat our way through several patisseries and boulangeries.

- Thursday: Lunch at Passage 53 (read praises from this board, I believe and a few people like Mr. Food Snob thought of this place highly); still deciding exactly what we're doing after this...

- Friday: I'm thinking of visiting Versailles that morning and leaving it open depending how long we're taking. Possibly explore Paris' Chinatown?

- Saturday (my last day/evening): Hoping to get a reservation at Le Chateaubriand

Any feedback would help. If I should drop and replace a reservation, please let me know.

Thank you!
