tried those brioche cinnamon rolls a while back at europane in pasadena because i knew she learned to bake at la brea from nancy silverton and i had tried making those rolls from the baking with julia book. they came out somewhat collapsed, i think from the weight of the huge amounts of butter and were exactly like the ones i bought at europane. lesson: i don't know, la brea stuff is only good from la brea?
