Ethnic, kid-friendly, drive-able Sunday lunch

Hi everyone,
My husband's taking me to Montreal tomorrow for a late Valentine's Day lunch/brunch with our 21-month-old. I searched the kid-friendly posts, but I'm looking for more ethnic and veggie (seafood okay) suggestions.
I'm open to Thai, Persian, Indian...anything delicious. We've done Chinatown and pho and liked it but not been blown away. I am not a huge French foodie. So far, I like the look of the Alep resto.
We're driving in from Eastern Ontario. I like to shop on St-Hubert, so it would be nice to combine the two, but good food is the priority tomorrow.

We used to live in Montreal, so I'll post a few of my own pre-baby faves:
Maestro S.V.P.
Mahli Sweet
Jardin de Pannos (kid-friendly)
Pho Lien
Restaurant Thailande
Tao
Yakata
Chalet Bar-B-Q
Aikawa (West Island sushi, delicious!)

Thanks in advance! Great to see other food-lovers out there.
