Ethnic Food in St. Louis

Due to the fact that my husband is the original non-chowhound (no tastebuds or patience for "interesting" atmosphere), I have started a group that eats ethnic food once a week in St. Louis. So far we have done Bosnian, Greek, Mexican, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Creole/Cajun, and Brazilian. I am looking for recommendations to restaurants serving other types of cuisines to drag these people to. (Pardon the dangling participle.) Not all of the members of the group are chowhounds, but most have some taste in food, decor, ambiance, and service. We will go to anything in the St. Louis area, preferrably in the central corridor, but absolutely not necessarily. I am trying to keep it affordable (so, no Tony's for Italian and no Cafe Provencal for French) and also trying to keep it to places you wouldn't go on your own (like Michael's in Maplewood or Bar Italia). For example, what about a good Korean place? Cuban? Irish (other than McGuirks or that place on Tamm)? Any help in this is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
