Hello, all --
I'm new here (this is my first Chowhounds post), so forgive me if this topic's been covered elsewhere and I missed it (I did a search and didn't come up with much), if this is the wrong board to be posting this question, or if I've otherwise transgressed.
I've had Ethiopian food in exactly two restaurants in my life, one in Baltimore and the other, Ghenet, in the city. I can't get enough of this stuff -- I'm a vegetarian and a sucker for dippy purees, and Ethiopian food's right up my alley. Aside from Ghenet and the one or two other Ethiopian restaurants listed in Zaggats (that I've yet to try), there must be -- particularly in Queens or Brooklyn -- other Ethiopian joints that I should be eating at regularly.
I just (read: yesterday) bought Leff's _Eclectic Gourmet Guide to Greater New York_ and was disappointed to find no mention of Ethiopian restaurants (although the rest of the book looks fairly goddamn good -- why'd I wait so long to pick it up?).
Surely, if anyone out there can help it's you guys.
