Esquire's "Encyclopedia of Sandwiches"

Bob W | Feb 10, 200811:17 AM     29

The new Esquire just arrived and it has a great listing of sandwiches from coast to coast. Even better, they are encouraging readers to send in other worthy sandwiches.

I can already think of two:

Felafel at Max's Kosher Cafe, Wheaten MD. Not only is the felafel first-rate, the sandwich maker is an artist of the highest order, and his palette includes an amazing array of toppings..for the palate 8>D

Number 9 Pokket at D'Angelos, RI and SE Mass. For my money, the only thing to order at D'Angelos.

Hounds, I expect to see hundreds of nominations here! As well as well-reasoned quibbles with some of Esquire's choices.
