Do you have a favorite, quintessential french cafe where I can find the classic escargot? None of this California-influenced escargot with sun dried tomatoes, or Eastern influenced herbs... Just the basics - butter, garlic, perhaps some parsley.

Would love a casual place, where you can drop in at a moment's notice, if the craving for escargot is strong... A glass of wine, good bread... what more do you need?
