Any suggestions on Escargos? I have not had a good rendering of them in New Orleans in many years. Windjammer and Mason's were the last, both gone. All others I have tried did not have the true butter, garlic etc taste. May be one of those dishes that one doesn't get in New Orleans or any place else except New York for that matter. Would really like an idea or two.
