Epicurus outstanding food glossaries

Stanley Stephan | Aug 17, 200208:09 AM

This is an amazing site if you need to know a term in the following catagories:

- general food glossary
- spirit glossary
- French glossary
- tea glossary
- beer glossary
- Cigar Glossary
- Wine Glossary
- Japanese/Sushi Glossary
- Coffee Glossary

It's a little odd to use though. Click on the glossary type (beer, tea, whatever), then click on the letter the term begins with.

I was looking for "miroir" in goggle when I found this. I had an excellent intensely strawberry dessert and I really wasn't sure what it was since I never heard the term before.
