Epicurean Boards

I've got too many boards to boot. End Grain (mine) , Edge Grain (carving/BBQ/serving board), and the wifey uses Epicurean Boards.....

I'm not a fan of the knives on the Epicurean but it's lightweight for the wifey, and still is better than the poly/plastic boards.

Anyhow, we have 3 Epi boards. Two large 20x14 (one for raw, one for cooked) and a smaller one for quick fruit cuttings. Anyhow, it must have alot of glue holding the boards up , as last night was the 1st time in like 12-15 years I put the Epicurean boards in the dishwasher. Boards came out just fine after a 2+ hr washcycle and no deflection (warp) noticed on them.

Flame suit on. What prompted this post was somehow, a video was sent to my youtube feeds so I watched it. Anyhow, said video maker was touting tigerwood as his go to cutting board. WAY WAY TOO hard if you care for your knives IMO...
