Epic omakase experience at Jado Sushi

Got the tips that chef Nakajima from Sushiden now is at Jado and went there on Friday with bunch friends. Yes, it is all the way to Harlem (I live downtown), but it is totally worthy the trek!

Checked out the pics! Go and make sure you sit at the counter (you can ignore their regular menu; that is not what you should go there for).

bafun uni from Hokkaido

so sweet~~ wrapped in special seaweed prepared by chef Nakajima san, on top of a sushi rice at perfect temperature. Chewing between your teeth, it is like un-wrapping Christmas gift :)
