Epcot's Annual Food and Wine Show

I have to say that this year tops all of the other years I've been going to this fantastic event.

This year, Epcot had the Cirque du Soleil presentation of Nobu. They did beautiful circus acts on the main stage, while we walked around and ate foods from around the world, and sipped wine, beer, cognac's and champaigne from around the world.

It was extrodinary, fun, played tricks with our senses.. Met many nice people from around the world, and enjoyed foods that made your eyeballs pop.

One dish I'll never forget was the cantalope cappucino with lobster salad in it, and chervil and chives. It made my mouth sing, and I had to go back for more.

I fell in love with Oregon wines, and enjoyed other good ones.

I highly recommend this to true chowhounds, when in Orlando in Sept-Oct of every year.
