Epazote...Mexican Tea... sci. Dysphania ambrosioides

Traditionally, epazote is used when making beans to prevent gassiness. I really like this herb and I can get fresh when in season here in Albuquerque. I use it for more than beans, including it in salad dressings, egg dishes, marinades, soups, stews, etc. I was wondering what others are using it for?
