Enoteca Drago - Typical LA b.s.

Although the food range from good to great, the service was AWFUL.

I called the next day to inform the manager that despite our high expectations for the restaurant we were extremely disappointed. He said "Oh that is too bad, I am sorry. Goodbye". He could not care less.

Without going into too much detail:

(i) Despite repeated requests, they took about 30 minutes to bring out our bottle of wine.
(ii) They were out of the first 2 bottles we requested, so the waiter delivered a bottle to our table and said it was just as good as our first 2 selections but was $20 cheaper. The bottle appeared on the bill - but was not $20 cheaper - and a pretty mediocre wine. When I pointed this out to the waiter, he apologized and said he thought it was $20 cheaper but that he was incorrect.
(iii) We requested our pasta to be extra garlicky. As it was not, we requested additional garlic - a simple request. It never appeared and after looking for our waiter for 15 minutes, we gave up and ate our cold ungarlicky pasta
(iv) The bill included 2 charges not ordered including an extra bottle of wine!!
