Lunch today at Market Bar - at the Ferry Building with a friend who wanted to try it. No reservation, so sat at the bar. Surprise - we found the quietest part of the room and the most personable service. On top of that - first day on the menu, "pork tenderloin agrodolce" - actually a pork tenderloin stew - was really delicious. Everyone around us was drinking scotch with lunch - I chose to take it as a good sign of something.
