i am looking for a recipe for enjococado sauce. it is a roasted guajillo chile and sour cream sauce, usually served over chicken breast or chicken enchiladas, with some type of chopped nuts sprinkled on top for garnish
the two restaurants that i found that offer this (from a www search) are both in california. one mentions grandma's secret enjococado sauce and the other says it is a 100 year old family recipe.
i'm on a mission now -- can anyone offer a recipe or recommend a restaurant that offers this within 200 miles of Cleveland, Ohio?
