My wife picked up a buy one get one free pork loin roast. These have been "enhanced" to the point of being 30% salt water. Yuck. I cooked the first one a couple weeks ago and it was inedible. Mushy and salty, no flavor at all. Now its time to cook the second one. I don't expect anything other than the mushy texture, but is there something I can do to kill the salt?
